Privacy Policy
Effective October 30, 2026
This policy explains what data Workomator ("we", "us") collects, why we collect it, and how we handle it. We keep things minimal and transparent. It applies to the hosted Service operated by Dakic OnLine LLC d/b/a Workomator. If you run your own self-hosted instance, the operator of that instance is responsible for its data.
1. Data We Collect
- Account data: your name and email address. Signing in works through codes sent to your email; we never store passwords.
- Early-access application data: your name, email, role, organization, team size, product description, access timing, and feedback interest when you apply for early access.
- Workspace content: ideas, notes, tasks, specs, and other content you create in the Service. As part of how the product works, this content is also written as files to the Git repository or folder you configure.
- Server logs: brief technical logs (such as IP address and request time) kept for security and debugging.
2. How We Use Your Data
- To provide, maintain, and improve the Service.
- To communicate with you about your account and service updates.
- To detect and prevent abuse or security issues.
3. What We Do Not Do
- We do not sell your personal data.
- We do not use your workspace content to train AI models.
- We do not serve third-party advertising.
4. Data Sharing
We share data only in these limited circumstances:
- Service providers: hosting, email delivery, and other vendors who act on our behalf under contractual obligations.
- AI providers: when you use AI-assisted features such as triage, clarification, or drafting, your content is processed by AI providers on our behalf. We select providers whose terms do not permit training on customer content, and we do not send your content to AI providers for any other purpose.
- Legal requirements: when compelled by law, court order, or governmental request.
- Business transfer: in connection with a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, with prior notice.
5. Data Retention
We retain your workspace content for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, we remove your personal data and server-side content within 30 days, except where retention is required by law. Content the Service has already written to your Git repository is under your control and is not affected by account deletion.
6. Security
We use industry-standard measures including encryption in transit (TLS), access controls, and regular security reviews. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your data.
7. Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:
- Access and export your personal data.
- Request correction of inaccurate data.
- Request deletion of your data.
- Object to or restrict certain processing.
To exercise any of these rights, contact us at [email protected]. We respond within 30 days.
8. Cookies
We use one essential cookie to keep you signed in. We do not use advertising, cross-site tracking, or analytics cookies.
9. Children's Privacy
The Service is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If we learn of such collection, we will delete the data promptly.
10. Changes to This Policy
We will notify you of material changes via email or an in-app notice at least 14 days before they take effect. The "Effective" date at the top reflects the latest revision.
