Terms of Service
Effective October 30, 2026
These terms govern your use of Workomator ("the Service"), operated by Dakic OnLine LLC d/b/a Workomator ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these terms.
1. The Service
Workomator is a thinking and planning tool that helps you capture ideas, organize work, and align with your team. We may update or discontinue features at any time.
2. Early Access
Workomator is currently in early access. That means:
- The Service is provided free of charge while we refine it.
- Features change often, and something you rely on may change or disappear.
- There may be bugs, and there is no uptime commitment.
- We recommend exporting anything important — content written to your Git repository remains yours at all times.
Paid plans described on our pricing page are not yet available. Before we charge for anything, we will present the applicable terms and prices and ask you to agree to them.
3. Accounts
- You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
- Signing in works through codes sent to your email address. Safeguard access to that email account; you are responsible for all activity under your account.
- If you are a workspace owner, you can add, suspend, and restore member accounts. A suspended member loses access until restored.
- You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its infrastructure.
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service for other users.
- Scrape, resell, or redistribute the Service without written permission.
- Use the API or CLI in a way that degrades the Service for others.
5. Your Content
You retain ownership of everything you create in Workomator. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store, process, display, and write your content — including writing specs and features as files to the Git repository or folder you configure — solely to operate the Service for you. We will not share your content with third parties except as described in our Privacy Policy or as required by law.
Content the Service has written to your Git repository is under your control. If you delete your account, that copy stays in your repository; managing it is up to you.
6. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. These terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or proprietary technology.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from the Service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim or $100. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or an in-app notice at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time from your settings, or by contacting us if that is not possible. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately. Content already written to your Git repository remains yours.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
