A shared product record

Align without flattening the work.

The boundary matters

Shared direction should not mean shared noise.

Raw notes and personal Build queues remain private. Teams see the deliberate contributions that change a project's direction, record, or unresolved question. The balance—private focus plus a deliberate publish step—is what keeps collaboration clean.

Understand the personal → project boundary →
PersonalExplore ideas, decide what deserves a next move, and place it in Now, Next, or Later.
SharedPublish candidate specs, decisions, roadmap changes, and durable wiki updates.
ProjectKeep accepted context close to the team that will review and build it.

Built for collaborative product work

Give the people shaping the product the same source of truth.

Team includes the shared roadmap, wiki, review queue, and decision log for up to ten people—so product direction remains clear as work moves forward.

What becomes shared?

Only work intentionally published to the project record: proposals, accepted decisions, roadmap changes, and wiki updates. Raw notes and personal queues stay personal.

Can a team still work independently?

Yes. Each person keeps their own Idea field and Build queue. The Team plan provides the shared context that lets those individual efforts converge.

When can our team start?

Paid Team access starts immediately after checkout. The plan supports up to ten people and is billed annually at checkout.
