Workomator for teams
Private thinking. Shared understanding. One product record.
Each person keeps a private space to do the real product work—then publishes deliberate contributions into one record the whole team can review, challenge, and build from. The best balance of focus and alignment for product teams.

A shared product record
Align without flattening the work.
Workomator gives a team one durable product reality while preserving individual focus. Context does not have to be rebuilt in every planning meeting or handoff—and the roadmap, review, and memory that keep it together are connected to the people building it.
Make the shape of the work visible.
Keep now, next, and later connected to the reasons the team chose them.
Read the workflow guideReview proposals before they become record.
Share a spec or decision when it needs group input, with its source and open questions intact.
See how specs get reviewedKeep decisions beside implementation.
Use the project wiki and decision log to preserve the product language, constraints, and rationale that delivery needs.
Read the boundary guideThe boundary matters
Shared direction should not mean shared noise.
Raw notes and personal Build queues remain private. Teams see the deliberate contributions that change a project's direction, record, or unresolved question. The balance—private focus plus a deliberate publish step—is what keeps collaboration clean.

Give the people shaping the product the same source of truth.
Team includes the shared roadmap, wiki, review queue, and decision log for up to ten people—so product direction remains clear as work moves forward.
Start with Team
What becomes shared?
Only work intentionally published to the project record: proposals, accepted decisions, roadmap changes, and wiki updates. Raw notes and personal queues stay personal.
Can a team still work independently?
Yes. Each person keeps their own Idea field and Build queue. The Team plan provides the shared context that lets those individual efforts converge.
When can our team start?
Paid Team access starts immediately after checkout. The plan supports up to ten people and is billed annually at checkout.
